In 2011, President and CEO Cary Weldy launched Om Productions, LLC to produce Sacred Spaces, its first reality TV series. An Illinois Limited Liability Company, Om Productions, LLC is an independent production company headquartered in Chicago chartered with developing unique entertainment products for television and film.
As the show creator for Sacred Spaces, President and CEO Cary Weldy is taking reality TV and branded entertainment to the next level by creating more wholesome entertainment infused with inspiring messages that will also be fun to watch. Cary believes there is a market for reality TV that blends positivity and entertainment, raising the bar for many reality TV shows that are considered to be unethical or immoral.
Cary has pulled together what he believes is one of the finest teams in the United States to produce, distribute, and syndicate Sacred Spaces for television worldwide.
Kinzie Street Studios
David Moravec and Michael Torchia, who founded Kinzie Street Studios, LLC, were successful business partners with Pixel Brothers and EZ3 Media. The multi-Emmy Award-winning team have worked with nearly every television network, producing for The Oprah Winfrey Show, The Jerry Springer Show, The Steve Wilkos Show, Chicago White Sox, and Chicago Black Hawks Hockey. Most recently, the team produced the half-hour reality TV show Treasure Hunters Roadshow, a hit TV series that became a commercial success. Other credits include, 60 Minutes, Amazing Race, Oprah’s Book Club, Good Morning America, Farm Aid with Willie Nelson, and Michael Moore’s The Awful Truth.
A seasoned veteran and innovator in the television industry for over 30 years, Reid Davis heads up distribution and syndication efforts for Sacred Spaces. His early career began as a Vice President for Lorimar Television, where he helped launch hit TV series such as Dallas and award-winning motion pictures. Reid syndicated other TV series, including Tic Tac Dough, Jokers Wild, and The Muppet Show, and syndicated hundreds of films, including Academy Award-winning films Sophie’s Choice and On Gold Pond. He served as VP/General Manager at KDOC-TV in Los Angeles, and was the co-Founder and President of Local Television Network, the first TV network in the U.S. exclusively delivering programming to the 18-34 demographic.
Reid Davis syndicated over 100 episodes of Planet X, a series that pioneered action and extreme sports globally, and achieved a 94% U.S. coverage weekly with HomeTeam, a one-hour home makeover show. Other successful ventures include The Clubhouse, a hit golf series, Adrenaline TV, and Box Office America, a weekly half-hour premier Hollywood insiders news program.
Most recently, Reid co-created, co-produced, and distributed the multi-award-winning weekly hit television series Treasure Hunter’s Roadshow, syndicating it to over 90 million TV households in its first season.
Writer, Supervising Producer
A member of the Director’s Guild of America, Tina Hergott’s career in television includes her 10-year tenure at WLS-TV in Chicago, where she served as a producer and director. Her list of accolades include an Emmy Award, Iris Award, and 1st Place National Association of Broadcasters Award. Tina produced a number of videos, including “The Secrets of Blackjack” that appeared on infomercials, and wrote a book called “Family Forever” which sold on QVC and in catalogs.
In 2010, Tina helped launch the hit TV series Treasure Hunter’s Roadshow, where she was the Writer and Supervising Producer for the show.
